Major General John H. Bailey II was honored by the Dr. L. C. Carter Foundation on June 20, 2019 at its inaugural scholarship gala. Individuals of distinction who are fundamentally good, true and are representative of human achievement at its best were honored.

 

The 2019 Unsung Heroes Awards Gala  gave tribute to leaders and pioneers in Education, Arts and Culture and Community Service.
